The Foundation is a nonprofit corporation established to raise funds for, administer and award scholarships/grants to college students pursuing degrees in fields related to the A/E/C space. The foundation also offers membership, certificate and leadership grants to encourage professional continuing education, involvement in the Atlanta CSI chapter and attendance at regional and national CSI events.
A group of construction and design professionals wanted to make a positive impact on the next generation by offering support through scholarships. While creating the foundation, they also launched a way to support the current A/E/C professional community by providing continuing education, membership and leadership grants in Georgia. These additional measures introduced more ways to get involved in a bigger way with CSI and other building professionals.
Currently, Georgia Southern, University of Georgia, Kennesaw State University, University of Georgia, Savannah College of Art and Design and the Design school at Georgia Tech.
